My Favorite Piece of Technology

I stayed in the past. Specifically, the '90. I hate the dependence of the human being for the new technologies and the social networks. In effect, I created a Facebook profile, but I closed it because I felt like mentally-ill person. In fact, inmediately I felt better with myself.

My favorite piece of technology is the Nintendo 64, a videogame console, with four entrances for the controls and instead a CD, cartridge reader.  When I was a kid, I waited for the weekend to play with it for many hours, between two to seven hours. Actually, I played for a little time, because it has a pair of damages in the electric circuit and the reader.

I got the Nintendo 64 in Christmas of the 2001. It was a present from my parents. I have four games: Super Mario 64 (I got it in Christmas 2006) , ISS '98, NASCAR 2000 and my favorite game, Yoshi's Story. The last game I bought in the last year.

I remember when in my 11th birthday, my friends and I were having a very good, playing with the Nintendo and laughing a lot.

I don't know why i love it, only I know that it makes me very happy, I enjoyed my childhood. Someday, I'll fix it and then go back to play with it for many hours. I feel proud for having it.

Why did I choose this career/study programme?

Hello there. Here is my second post.

I chose this career (journalism) because I like to tell stories about topics that I am interested in (football soccer and rock music).

When I was child I wanted to be a pediatrician. In effect, I decided for the scientific area in the secondary. After, in 2013 I responsed the PSU, but the results were not enough. Then I postulated to Bachillerato with natural sciences mention in Universidad de Chile.

During first semester, I was feeling unable for keep the rigourous study that the Bachillerato imposed to me. Then I thought that the medicine career that not mine. Fortunately, during the winter vacations I followed thinking and thinking what is my vocation. Finally, I chose journalism, decision that was accepted for my family. For these reasons, in second semester, I moved to social sciences mention, where I had better results. In the third and the fourth semester I had the possibility to assist to classes of the first year of journalism. To the end of the past year, I finished the Bachillerato and I was transfered successfully to Journalism career.

In other topic, I had had a lot of friends, in Bachillerato and journalism. We go to parties together, play "Futbolito", drink a pair of beer bottles, etc. They are very important to me.
